Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Edu Naturalis. By accessing this website, purchasing a product, registering for a workshop, or using any of our resources, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Social Enterprise Model & Reinvestment

Edu Naturalis operates as an independent, values-driven social enterprise operating in the United Kingdom. We trade to fund ecological and social impact. One hundred percent (100%) of our business surpluses (profits) are reinvested into establishing direct environmental education, community-led projects, and practical solutions for vulnerable territories. By purchasing our physical or digital products, you accept that your funds directly support the long-term construction of these grassroots networks.

  1. Educational Purpose & Safety Disclaimers
  • General Purpose: All content, workshops, digital and physical products, downloadable materials, digital planners, trackers, calendars, and physical eco-cards provided by Edu Naturalis are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Our materials are designed to encourage thoughtful reflection, communication, and practical engagement around environmental and social topics. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Botanical Risk & Safety Disclaimer: Certain physical products, such as the Seasonal Nature & Traditions Calendar 2027, explore aspects of British natural heritage and folklore. Any mention of wild native species, including historical descriptions of toxic properties or traditional culinary preparations (e.g., wild berries), is provided solely for educational context. This does not constitute culinary, medical, or botanical advice. Many wild species are dangerous or fatal if consumed or prepared incorrectly. Consumers act entirely at their own risk, and Edu Naturalis assumes no liability for actions taken based on this content.
  1. Intellectual Property & AI Transparency
  • Ownership: Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials provided by Edu Naturalis, including workshops, PDFs, digital downloads, graphics, text, frameworks, and educational resources, remain the intellectual property of Dr Zinnia H. Gonzalez-Carranza / Edu Naturalis. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or shared commercially without prior written permission.
  1. Products, Services, and Content

Edu Naturalis provides digital educational products (such as downloadable materials and digital planners), physical educational products (such as printed calendars and physical eco-cards), and live or recorded workshops or courses designed to support learning and reflection.

  • Physical Production & Material Variations: Physical products are strictly designed under circular and ecological standards: 100% plastic-free (from pages to packaging), printed on responsibly sourced FSC-certified recycled paper using organic biomass or vegetable-based inks. Due to these natural printing or recycling processes, physical products may vary slightly in appearance, color, or finish.
  • No Guarantees: While every effort is made to provide thoughtful, accurate, and responsible content, no guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes, behavioural changes, emotional responses, environmental impact, or personal results arising from the use of our products or participation in workshops. Every individual, child, family, and situation is different.
  • Edu Naturalis reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove products, services, or content at any time without prior notice.
  1. Payments, Validation Phase, and Shipping Policy
  • Access: Access to purchased workshops, recordings, downloads, or digital materials is granted only to the purchaser unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised sharing, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of paid materials is prohibited.
  • Validation Phase: Certain new physical products may undergo a production-validation phase. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary as we carefully source 100% recycled materials to uphold our environmental integrity.
  • Courier and Transit Risk: As a nascent, self-funded social enterprise operating on exceptionally tight margins to maximize community funds, Edu Naturalis assumes no liability for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by external postal or courier services. We do not offer automated free replacements or immediate refunds for transit damages. Every order is meticulously hand-packed in sustainable materials to prevent damage. In the rare event of a severe logistics issue, please contact us to review your case individually, though resolution remains at our absolute discretion.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our products and resources (including digital planners and downloadable guides), refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, unless otherwise stated.
  • Workshops and courses: If a live workshop or course is cancelled by Edu Naturalis, participants will be offered either a refund or access to a rescheduled session.
